Products should be checked in at the time of Delivery. Shortages must be credited by driver at delivery time or called into the office before 5:00pm the day of delivery. Credit will be issued on shortage called into the office after the driver has been contacted and warehouse inventories have been checked.

All Special Evens and Seasonal Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
All Products without quality issues must be returned in original packaging and be in resaleable condition.
Return authorization slips are required for all pick-ups. Until product is returned to our warehouse the return authorization is not valid. If the return falls within these guidelines, a credit will then be issued to your account for the return. S & W Wholesale Foods, LLC will inspect all returns and reserves the right to make adjustments or deny any credits.
