May 14, 2007 (Hammond, LA) --Paul Spalitta, of S&W Wholesale Foods LLC., announced, today, the completion of their merger with DiVincenti Brothers, Inc. of Baton Rouge.

The partnership of S & W and DiVincenti Brothers establishes one of the most dynamic and innovative independently owned Foodservice Distributors in the Southeast.  The new company will carry the S & W name and will have a combined customer base of over 3,000 customers.  The newly formed company will enjoy an expanded geographic coverage, more in-depth product lines, and economies of scale that will allow them to better compete with their national competitors.
